Submitted Content

  1. The use of Submitted Content by its users, including downloads to personal devices.

    1. The presence of a professional reader on ScriptShark does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ScriptShark.
    2. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment when engaging the services of professional readers.
  4. User Responsibility
    1. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging the services of any professional reader advertised on ScriptShark.
    2. ScriptShark is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by professional readers.
  5. Communication and Transactions
    1. All communications and transactions between users and professional readers occur outside of ScriptShark's platform.
    2. ScriptShark is not party to any agreements made between users and professional readers.
  6. Reporting Misconduct
    1. While ScriptShark is not responsible for the conduct of professional readers, users are encouraged to report any misconduct or violations of our Terms of Use to ScriptShark.
    2. ScriptShark reserves the right to remove any professional reader's advertisement from the site for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at ScriptShark's sole discretion.
